Yasha (Yakov) Savelyev is interested in interactions of symplectic geometry, particularly gauge-theoretic ideas like Floer-Fukaya theory, aspects of dynamical systems, and algebraic topology. At IAS, he plans to work on the problem of existence of geodesible sky catastrophes.
