Roman Travkin studies quantizations in characteristic p, with applications to geometric Langlands duality for D-modules in characteristic p and to other problems. He also wants to develop a theory of canonical quantization of symplectic schemes over Z/pn-schemes. Additionally, he is working on some questions related to categorical Hecke algebras.
