Marion Thomas works on the history of primatology and biomedicine. Her project focuses on the place of primates in the medical and psychological sciences. A detailed study of the circulation of apes and knowledge between Paris, Kindia (Guinea), and the United States will help to reassess the functioning of the Pasteur Institute at the heart of modern bioscience.
