I will be completing a book on philosophical religions from Plato to Spinoza in which I examine a distinctive way of conceiving the relationship between reason, religion and autonomy proposed by philosophers from Antiquity to the early modern period, in particular Plato, Philo, Clement, Origen, al-Fârâbî, Averroes, Maimonides, and Spinoza.
