Ali Raza is interested in utopian imaginations and visions of freedom and decolonization in the 20th century. His first book, Revolutionary Pasts (2020), was on communist internationalism and decolonization in South Asia. At IAS, Raza will be working on his second book, which looks at fascist paramilitary organizations in colonial India.
