Drupal Learning Resources

This documentation is not Drupal training. The goal of this documentation is to highlight special features of the website and to discuss common use-cases. We encourage the reader to take advantage of the following resources to learn about Drupal.

Logging In

As a website editor, you will be able to log in and manage content and other elements of the website, without requiring deep knowledge of HTML or of the other programming languages that make up the website.

The website has a list of users who are allowed to log in. Ask the computing help desk to create an account for you if you don’t have an account. Arrange to have the appropriate permissions configured.

Available Content Types

Examples of each content type are available on the Content Demonstrations page.

Using Sections to Display Content

Pages provide a feature called “Sections”. These are re-arrangeable content blocks that let editors add more to pages than simple text areas. Each section has its own set of fields and capabilities.

Examples of each section type are available on the Section Demonstrations page.
