June Huh applies tropical geometry and singularity theory to problems in combinatorics and other areas. His interests include cohomology of projective varieties, correlation phenomenon for models in statistical physics, geometry of polynomials, and connections between realizability problems in algebraic geometry and combinatorial geometry.
