A Lecture Demonstration with Randall Goosby and The Renaissance Quartet
Discovery in science and the humanities is spurred by questions that challenge our immediate assumptions and make them strange. How might such questions in one discipline awaken those in others? Join us in Wolfensohn Hall on Wednesday, November 20 at 6:00 p.m. when the Renaissance Quartet, led by violinists Randall Goosby and Jeremiah Blacklow, along with violist Jameel Martin and cellist and composer Daniel Hass, puts questions to new and traditional repertoire (including pieces by Janáček, Mendelssohn and Daniel Hass) and demonstrates the possibilities of musical discovery.
