The Institute is pleased to offer Photo Day to the IAS Community. Complimentary professional headshots will be offered on campus on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 

Registration is required to guarantee your spot. Please reserve a time online in advance. Walk-ins will be accommodated on a stand-by basis. If you are unable to make this date, please let us know, and we will see if further arrangements can be made.

The location that is planned for photographs is Rubenstein Commons Meeting Room 1.

After the shoot, the photographer will ask you to select a picture which will be shared digitally for your future personal/professional use via Dropbox. When the photos are ready we will send you a message to your IAS e-mail which will include instruction on photography credits language.  Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your photos.
