The Institute is pleased to offer Photo Day to the IAS Community. Complimentary professional headshots will be offered on campus on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Registration is required to guarantee your spot. Please reserve a time online in advance. Walk-ins will be accommodated on a stand-by basis. If you are unable to make this date, please let us know, and we will see if further arrangements can be made.

The two locations that are planned for photographs are (1) Rubenstein Commons Meeting Room 1 and (2) the Fuld Hall Mathematics - Natural Sciences Library (second-floor).

After the shoot, the photographer will ask you to select a picture which will be part of your IAS scholar's page and in the IAS handbook. All photos from your session will be shared digitally for your future personal/professional use via Dropbox. When the photos are ready we will send you a message to your IAS e-mail which will include instruction on photography credits language.  Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your photos.
