Natacha Nsabimana is a cultural anthropologist. At IAS, Nsabimana will be working on a book manuscript examining the ways in which the 1994 genocide against Tutsi in Rwanda occupies the spatial memory of the country’s landscape, and the kinds of individual and national narratives such memories allow and disavows.
