Lei Yang’s research interests are homogeneous dynamics and their applications to number theory. His recent research focuses on effective equidistribution of unipotent orbits in homogeneous spaces and its connections to number theory, incidence geometry (e.g., the Kakeya conjecture), and harmonic analysis (e.g., decoupling inequalities).
