How to add IAS Addressbook to iPhone / iPad
To add the IAS addressbook to your iPhone or iPad follow these instructions.
- Go to Settings
- Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Select Add Account
- Select Other
- Add LDAP Account
- Server: addressbook.ias.edu
- Select next (It will take a few minutes for Verifying)
- You will get a message Cannot Connect Using SSl.
- Click on Continue
- Click on Add Search Settings
- Base: o=ias
- Check off Subtree
- Click on ldap
- Click on Save
