1,000 Singers Trying to Find B Flat
The New York Times explores the preparation and inspiration behind Artist-in-Residence David Lang's new piece, "the public domain." With 1,000 singers and 25 conductors taking part in the choral piece, Lang adds that the work explores what people gain by coming together. “That was the fundamental thing about this piece,” Lang said. “We do need each other, we are around each other, we do get something from each other and we are alike.” Read more http://ow.ly/ZmXF303im5m.
