Joshua A. Leslie

Joshua A. Leslie was born in Jamaica and received his Ph.D. in Paris, advised by Henri Cartan. His first year at the Institute, Leslie published “On a Differential Structure for the Group of Diffeomorphisms.” Leslie has been a professor at University of Ibadan, Northwestern University, and Howard University.
