“VINCULUM” Project Receives ERC Consolidator Grant

Maria de Lurdes Rosa, Member (2015) in the School of Historical Studies, has been awarded a 2018 ERC Consolidator Grant.

Rosa's project, "VINCULUM," aims to analyze morgados (entails) and capelas (funerary chapels, chantries) in Portugal and, from a comparative perspective, other southern European societies, between the fourteenth and seventeenth centuries.

This project is a development of the research Rosa carried out while at IAS.
