Former Member Wins 2016 John Nicholas Brown Prize of the Medieval Academy of America

Nicholas Paul, Member (2009–10) in the School of Historical Studies, received the 2016 John Nicholas Brown Prize of the Medieval Academy of America for his book, To Follow in their Footsteps: The Crusades and Family Memory in the High Middle Ages (Cornell University Press, 2012). Paul worked on this piece during his time as a Member at the Institute.
