Angelos Chaniotis Receives Honorary Degree from the Ionian University

Angelos Chaniotis, Professor of Ancient History and Classics in the Institute's School of Historical Studies, has been awarded the title of Doctor honoris causa by the Ionian University at a ceremony in Corfu on February 27, 2019. Chaniotis was honored for his contribution to the study of Greek and Roman history, including his efforts to create new fields and methods of research.
