Agustin Moreno, Member in the School of Mathematics, is exploring a restricted case of the three-body problem—a concept that considers the complex motion of three masses under the influence of a force such as gravity.
As a mathematician, Agustin is no stranger to such intractable problems. He believes that “resilience and resistance to failure” are among the most basic virtues for a mathematician to have. Whether playing his cello or grilling ribs, Agustin appreciates the opportunity and challenge of acquiring and applying new knowledge.
