S.T. Lee Lecture with Hermann Parzinger

This term’s S. T. Lee Lecture of the School of Historical Studies, organized by Professor Angelos Chaniotis, is dedicated to the subject of cultural heritage. The lecture will be delivered by Professor Hermann Parzinger, President of the Stiftung Preussischer Kulturbesitz, Berlin, and Executive President of Europa Nostra, who will speak on the subject Postcolonial provenance research, restitution and collaborative work in Ethnography, Anthropology and Archaeology – the Berlin approach.
The lecture will be followed by a panel discussion with Ioannis Mylonopoulos, Associate Professor of Classical Art and Archaeology at Columbia University, C. Brian Rose, James B. Pritchard Professor of Archaeology at the University of Pennsylvania, and Dr. Barbara Rüschoff Parzinger, Head of Cultural Affairs of the Regional Association of Westphalia-Lippe.
