Personal verification is a recording you make of your name and other information such as your title or extension number. Your personal verification will be included in your greetings and outgoing messages, and in name dialing responses.

To record a personal verification |

2. Press 5 to record. Wait for the tone, then record your name and, if you wish, your title or extension number. |
