Abstract: Computing non-protected observables in AdS/CFT in presence of RR background fluxes is notoriously hard. For the spectrum of integrable backgrounds, Bethe ansatz techniques provide a framework for doing so. For correlation functions, the hexagon formalism is a promising new approach. I will review how both these techniques can be applied to the AdS3/CFT2 correspondence, and how this can complement the worldsheet-CFT techniques that can be used for WZW models. The talk will be on the blackboard. It will be an overview and will not assume expertise in integrability techniques.
