RIDER HOUSING CHECK-IN PROCESS

All rooms are located at Beckett Village Building A & B. The standard check-in starts at 4:00pm, on Sunday, June 16 in the lobby of Building B. There is no check-in before 4:00pm. At check-in you will receive your room key, summer school badge, and parking permit if required. Please remember to bring your badge to the IAS every day since it's your ticket to the lecture hall, special events and the food.

Please provide your estimated arrival time at Rider so we can plan accordingly. You can send updates to amplitudes2024@ias.edu if you have travel delays. Parking is behind the building as marked on the Rider Campus Map. Drop off from taxi/rider share is in front of Beckett Village. You can use the information below for your drivers.

If you are arriving or leaving outside of the scheduled check-in/check-out times you will need to connect with Rider staff.
