Fireside Chat

In December last year, a cover article of Nature described a collaboration between a team from DeepMind and several top mathematicians showing how tools from machine learning can be used to aid in the mathematical process. In this fireside chat, moderated by Camillo de Lellis, we will discuss with some of the authors their experience behind the paper: what it was like collaborating across disciplines, where machine learning techniques turned out to be useful and where they still fall short, and why the team is excited to continue exploring this area.
