Locally Symmetric Spaces Seminar

This will be an informal working group on aspects of microlocal analysis that are relevant to automorphic forms. We will try to study Archimedean zeta integrals (which are related to local L-functions) using tools from the geometric theory of spherical varieties, notably Knop's theory of invariant differential operators and its graded version, the study of the moment map. We will also try to discuss global aspects, i.e. microlocal analysis on locally symmetric spaces and relations with the analytic theory of L-functions.
