Workshop on the h-principle and beyond

Abstract: We discuss the problem of extending local deformations of solutions to open partial differential relations to global deformations and formulate conditions under which such extensions are possible. Among others these results are applied to study boundary conditions for Riemannian metrics with lower scalar curvature bounds. This is joint work with Christian Bär (Potsdam)
