Introduction to works of Takuro Mochizuki
I will give examples and motivations, about the local systems/Higgs bundles correspondence, the case of variations of Hodge structures and the case of irregular singularities. I hope this will help to enjoy the forthcoming lectures of T. Mochizuki the week of November 13.
