Propagation of Randomness Under Nonlinear Wave Equations

In recent years, there has been much work on nonlinear wave equations with random initial data. Most of this work has focused on the behavior of such nonlinear waves on small scales. In this talk, I will pose a problem concerning the behavior on large scales, for which none of the available tools seem to work.
