How to configure your Apple iPad or iPhone to access your IAS mailbox

To configure your Apple iPad or iPhone to access your IAS mailbox:

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll down to Passwords & Accounts.
3. Click on Add Account.
4. Click on Microsoft Exchange
5. Enter the following information:
   
   Email: Enter your IAS email address (e.g. jdoe@ias.edu)
   Description: IAS Email Account


6. Click on Next.
7. Click on Configure Manually.
8. Enter your IAS password.
9. Click on Next.
10. Enter the the following information:
     

    Server: mail.ias.edu
    Username: Enter your IAS username. This is the portion of your IAS email address before the @ sign. For example, if your IAS email address is jdoe@ias.edu, your IAS username is jdoe.
     

11. Click on Next.
12. If everything was configured correctly, you should see a list of IAS Email features (e.g. Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, and Notes) enabled. To disable/enable one of the features on your device, toggle the option on or off.
13. Click on Save.
14. Launch the Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, and Notes apps on your device to make sure that things are working properly.
