Complexity Behind the Horizon
Quantum mechanics is distinguished by three essential features: the Hugeness of Hilbert Space, I.e., the capacity for exponential complexity; the phenomenon of Entanglement; and the duality between Wave Function Collapse and Everett's Relative State Interpretation. All three have dual descriptions involving spacetime geometry, that have only been uncovered in the last few years. They are as likely to change our views of quantum mechanics as of gravity.
