The Einstein-Rosen Bridge on the String
In this talk I review the holographic dual of an entangled pair of a quark and an anti-quark. The bulk dual on the Poincare patch is a string with an Einstein-Rosen bridge on its worldsheet. String solutions will be discussed that correspond to perturbing the (anti)quark motion. The perturbations produce shockwaves on the string that widen the Einstein-Rosen bridge.
